A deposit of 50% is required within 10 days of the reservation request. The other 50% will be pay upon your arrival time.

Please notice, passports valid for 90 days are now required to enter Costa Rica.

Payment & Cancellation Policies:     

a. Fifty percent of the total charge or package price is due for payment three weeks (21 days) prior to arrival.

b. Domestical flights and Hotels are to be paid 100% in advance.

c. All charges will be made in Costa Rican Colones at the daily exchange rate of the state banks.

d. A full refund will be awarded if a written cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival.

e. Fifty percent of your payment will be refunded if a cancellation is received 21 days prior to arrival.

f. The full prepaid amount will be forfeit should we receive your cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival. If we are able to sell your package for the same time period, Alpha Mike we will be happy to reimburse the full-prepaid amount.   Please be advice that all passengers need a passport valid for 90 days upon arrival to Costa Rica.
